- RX DIVISION STANDARDS:

 

•You typically Rx your home gym workouts

and the CrossFit open.

 

•Capable of demonstrating proper range of motion for the following movements:

Deadlifts, Power cleans / Squat cleans, Power snatches / Squat snatches, Thrusters, etc. all at moderate weight to heavy loads.

 

•Capable of performing Pull-ups, Toes-to-bar, Bar muscle ups / Ring muscle ups, HSPU, Handstand walks etc.

- SCALED DIVISION STANDARDS:

 

•You typically scale your home gym workouts and the CrossFit open.

 

•Capable of demonstrating proper range of motion for the following movements:

Deadlifts, Power cleans / Squat cleans, Power snatches / Squat snatches, Thrusters, Wall balls, Kettlebell swings etc. all at moderate weight.

 

•Capable of performing scaled variations of Pull-ups, Toes-to-bar, Bar muscle ups etc.
